@DSACATVCU
Design Student Advocacy Co-op (DSAC) is a student-led organization that tries to solve important problems with design solutions. We feel strongly about the free speech of students, and we strive to combat the tools of silencing and censorship that are used on our campus. We focused on supporting the rights of student protesters, advocating for a ceasefire in Gaza along with other ongoing human rights movements, as well as supporting other student/faculty/local activist groups through design and collaboration.
ART SALE / PCRF FUNDRAISER
I organized and ran a fundraiser selling art made by me and and other club members to raise money for the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund. I created a handful of stickers (pictured on the left) and a print (right).
POSTER MAKING MIXER
BULLETIN BOARDS INSTALLATION
SENIO PANEL
Our team is constantly trying new ways to battle the censorship going on in our department right now, specifically in relation to the ongoing conflict in Palestine. These boards are meant to allow for more freedom of speech for all who use the space while playing on the posting guidelines of the Pollak building.
